Now these dweebs in Salem want to keep an officer from pulling over a car for defects, such as broken lights, etc. These snowflake liberal politicians figure this law will prevent an officer from getting into an altercation with a driver. Let’s see, one headlight is broken, or license plate light is out - probably no issue (probably). But what about the thug who’s driving around with no headlights - yes, driving a 5000 lb car that may not be seen by a pedestrian - and wham, one dead guy/gal. Makes no sense, like many of the liberal Democrat laws. Let felons out, bring illegals in, and don’t prosecute those who loot, burn, destroy.
