Guitarist or Bass Player available for existing band, or group partly together, or to put together something new. Looking for something in or near St Johns. About me: Youthful mid 40s. Been playing for many years, played hundreds of gigs, went to music school, got gear and transportation. Strong, in-tune harmony backing vox. Good recording experience too. Have home DAW - can program backing tracks if needed/wanted. I like many styles of music, but looking to play something with feel, funk, groove etc. Covers or Originals, just looking to do something a little different, not the same old tired songs everyone has heard, but songs folks are entertained by and may know. Can rehearse once a week (preferably a weeknight) until we have a catalog of songs, then move it to once every 2 or 4 weeks. For something new, I like the idea of a 3 piece, background type music, corner of the room type deal...Where folks aren't necessarily focused specifically on what we are doing, but can enjoy it in the background. Maybe all instrumentals: Rhodes, Bass, Guitar, Drum machine.
