Highland and Pocatello Classes of 1990 and 1991 Reunion Friday and Saturday July 23-24, 2021 When: Friday and Saturday July 23, 24, 2021. Where: Pocatello, Idaho. Two Main Events: Friday Night All Class Meet and Greet from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Portneuf Wellness Complex (near the fairgrounds) with food trucks, (BBQ, Thai food and donuts) alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available and some fun activities. Music provided by DJ Kelly Martinez. Saturday Night All Class Dinner from 6 pm to 10 pm at the Historic Downtown Pavilion located at 420 N. Main Street. Food will be catered by The Sand Trap for a sit down dinner with a program, music by the Aaron Ball Band, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available and plenty of fun memories. Tickets: We want everyone to attend, despite ability to pay. We have three pricing options structured in a way we hope everyone who wants to attend, can join. Each ticket purchased allows you to attend both the Friday Meet and Greet and the Saturday All Class Dinner. There is not a reduced price if you are only coming for one of the nights. Other activities besides the Friday and Saturday night events may have an additional charge. Details are below. Here's the pricing breakdown for entry to both Friday and Saturday night events. Ticket option #1: $20 per person for those who want to come but money is tight. Allows entry to both the Friday Meet and Greet and the Saturday All Class Dinner. Ticket option #2: $40 per person is the actual ticket price for access to both the Friday Meet and Greet and the Saturday All Class Dinner. Ticket option #3: $80 per person to access both the Friday Meet and Greet and the Saturday All Class Dinner. By paying a higher ticket price, your amount paid will help offset the cost of the lower ticket price some will be paying. (And we say "Thank you" for your kindness!) The ticket you buy is good for both the Friday AND Saturday night events. One ticket, good for both gatherings. You'll be given a wristband at the check-in table. Please keep it on for both nights. Where to Stay: Book early! Town Place Suites (208) 478-7000 in Pocatello is offering discounted rooms July 23, 24 and if you plan to stay before or after those dates around the reunion. King with pull out sofa $109 Two queen beds $119 Two bedroom with two king beds and a pull out sofa $169 When you book directly with the Pocatello location mention the Highland Poky 30th room block. The Hampton Inn (208) 233-8200 also has a room block under "High School Reunion" for July 23-25. There is a mix of double queens and single king rooms for $149 but you must book by July 9, 2021. Saturday Daytime Activities: We are working on a variety of activities for your Saturday. Pick the ones you want to do! A few include, Pocatello and Highland school tours, mini golf, a golf tournament, swimming at Ross park, an outside tour around the new LDS temple, and a scavenger hunt around town to some of the popular old haunts. Those include being outdoors, offering masks and hand sanitizer, and having enough space for everyone to spread out. You may wear a face mask if that makes you more comfortable, but by July 2021, masks will not be mandatory in Pocatello. Classmate Memorial: We would like to memorialize those who are no longer with us. If you know of a classmate who has passed away or if you'd like to volunteer with the memorial, email the committee at [email protected]. Special Notice: Please note that by attending the event, you are now notified that photos and videos may be taken during these events. If you are at the event you agree that your photos could be taken and you agree to allow your image to be on social media and get no financial benefit from your photo or video attendance at the events. Refund Policy: The more people who RSVP early, the better the event will be - because planning can happen! With that in mind, we want you to RSVP/purchase your ticket as soon as you can, but we also know that life happens. If you cancel on or before June 30 , you will receive a full refund. If you cancel on or before July 9, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for a cancellation received after July 9. Tickets are transferable. Eventbrite’s fees are non-refundable, so they won't be returned to the ticket buyer unless the event is canceled, or if the buyer requests a refund for a duplicate charge within 7 days of purchase.
