Field Service Technician Agricultural contractor in search of an experienced service technician to add to our Lynden team. We are actively engaged in projects in commercial and agricultural service and development and need additional crew members to support our growth. If you enjoy working outdoors and in a positive work environment, you’ll love the camaraderie among our top-notch crew. Technician Duties & Responsibilities: Pump maintenance and repairs. Load & unload materials and equipment. Assist tradesmen on construction sites and operating various construction equipment. Operate equipment such as skidsteers, lifts, and excavators as needed. Qualification You should be mechanically-inclined. with a background in farming, welding, or construction preferred. CDL-B license preferred. You should have a clean driving record as well as a valid driver's license. Able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing. Comfortable working in rural areas and all types of weather conditions. You should be willing to travel out of town if needed and be prepared to stay up to a week out of town. Due to the nature of work, you may occasionally be on-call for service and repairs. Physical Requirements: Must have physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push and/or pull 50-pound loads at a time. Must be able to work in all weather conditions. Candidates should have a clean driving record to be insurable under our company policy and be able to pass a drug screen, as we do pre-employment and random testing.
