skilled repair/remodel carpenter needed

I'm looking for an experienced carpenter (or possibly a small crew), mostly for repair and remodel jobs, occasional new work too. I am a contractor looking for either a subcontract situation OR possible hourly wage to assist me on weekends. I am looking for someone that is pretty independent and doesn't need any hand holding to get things done correctly, neatly, efficiently.
