We are looking for a self motivated, hard-working, dependable person that is familiar with rental property maintenance. You will be working with our maintenance guy first hand to start and then go out on on your own when needed. Having the ability to occasionally work on your own is a plus. Must have a good attitude and a valid driver's license as there will be an occasional maintenance call for our properties in Battle Creek and Lansing as well as Jackson.
