CLEARWATER, FL — Do you recognize this dog.? His owner dumped him on the side of the road in the 2500 block of Burnice Drive along with a bag of dog food. He's malnourished and hasn't been cared for properly, but he has a sweet and friendly disposition. He was taken to Pinellas County Animal Control to receive proper care. Call 727-562-4242 if you can help ID the owner, who may have been in a black pickup.
