Rockdale County Chairman Oz Nesbitt is hosting seminar on Effective Communication! The event is free and will be held at the JP Carr Community Center, located at 981 Taylor Street, Conyers, GA 30012. Participant registration is mandatory and the event will be limited to a maximum of 25 attendees to support social distancing. All attendees will be asked to participate in temperature monitoring and the wearing of face covering upon entrance into the facility.
