Join us as we support you in releasing tension and trauma from your body using TRE & Acupuncture.
What does TRE stand for? Trauma and tension release exercises (TRE)- is a series of seven easy stretches, stressing the muscles of the lower body, and building up a little shaking in the legs. We then lay on the floor, and encourage this natural vibrations to move through the body, without trying to control them. Generally TRE is found to be an enjoyable experience of physical/ emotional release, without becoming overwhelming in the process. We introduce acupuncture to rebalance your body so its energy flow, is able to circulate freely and harmoniously.
In this workshop Ayla will guide you thought seven easy TRE exercises that will allow the energy of stress & and tension to be released from the muscles of the lower body through shaking or tremoring. Following the stretches you will be guided to rest on the floor, allowing for integration of the experience, sensing into and honoring the natural vibrations as they move through the body.
After, there will be time to reintegrate and process. While this is taking place Danielle will go around and apply acupuncture or acupressure depending on your preference. This will allow your body to flow easier with whatever came up for you during your TRE session.
