Property Management Firm is seeking an Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community located in Austin, Texas. This is a Full Time position with some Overtime required. The ideal candidate must be able to perform all aspects of apartment maintenance to include: HVAC certified. Plumbing Make Ready Electrical Painting Great compensation and benefit package.
