We are looking for experienced Team Leaders and Drivers. Our business is growing fast and we offer great long-term opportunities for the right candidates. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape installation and maintenance. Career growth opportunities are available for the right candidates. Must have valid drivers license and a good driving record, bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS! Responsibilities and Duties: Ornamental tree and shrub trimming Mulch and seasonal color installation Drainage system installation Landscape installation- Shrubs, flower beds, sod, trees, hardscapes Willing to work in varying weather conditions Qualifications: Valid drivers license. At least 2 years of relevant lawn maintenance and/or landscape maintenance experience. Knowledge of plant materials and landscape installation. Must be able to operate a mid-size truck, and learn to operate motorized equipment. Work effectively team members. Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision.
