CSRA Real Estate Company in need of a maintenance person for residential and commercial properties. This position is perfect for a jack of all trades individual who enjoys going around town, yard work, and working with your hands. Travel and on call are required in this position. This is a part time position but can grow with the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have good personal skills and communication skills, be prompt, trustworthy, reliable, and have a working phone. Some of the basic skills needed are to be able to fix real estate related items when broken. Candidate needs to have basic plumbing skills, basic electrical skills, be able to lift at least 35 pounds, move appliances with a hand truck, be able to paint, have basic masonry and carpentry skills, be able to change locks, door knobs, hinges, trash out homes, haul items, have basic lawn care skills, etc. A valid driver’s license is required. The candidate should also be able to understand minimal paperwork and be on time and punctual. Please send a resume or request an application to apply.
