Job Description Full-time Maintenance Supervisor needed for apartment communities located in the East Valley. Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Assist in over seeing Maintenance Tech & Housekeepers daily activities. Assist Manager in over seeing all property projects as well. Handles repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market ready status. Acts as a team leader along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the Company. Skills/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school and/or military training a plus. Specific apartment maintenance is required. One to five years verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.) is preferred with proficiency in at least one major area and minimum one to three years of supervisor experience. HVAC certification a must. A valid AZ Drivers License and reliable transportation a must. A criminal background check will be done. Job Type: Full-time
