PARAMUS, NJ — Even as vaccinations become more widely available, Bergen County officials are reinforcing their commitment to testing.
In May, the county will continue offering drive-thru COVID-19 testing at Bergen Community College, located at 400 Paramus Rd., in Paramus.
The program offers COVID-19 Nasopharyngeal Diagnostic PCR tests providing results in 48 hours. Here are the dates and times:
Tuesday, May 4, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Thursday, May 6, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Wednesday, May 12, 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.Saturday, May 15, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Tuesday, May 18, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Thursday, May 20, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Monday, May 24, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Thursday, May 27, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.The testing site is operated jointly by Bergen County and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center.
Testing is available to all county residents at no out-of-pocket cost, regardless of health insurance status. Residents must schedule their test through an online portal (www.BergenCOVIDTesting.com).
From the county: "Please note residents must bring their mobile device for check-in. Identification is necessary so please bring ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: your driver's license/ID card, social security card, passport, or birth certificate. If you have health insurance, please bring your identification card as well."
