The Warrior Bootcamp
Welcome Queens and Kings!!
Come out and experience the Warrior Bootcamp: Queen B and King B Edition. Be prepared to SWEAT, TONE, and BURN a ton of calories. Rather you are beginner, advanced, or intermediate the workout will be feasible for ALL LEVELS. The workout routines will focus on FULL BODY- and incorporate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routines to maximize the results.
This is an experience you don’t want to miss!
What to Bring: Photo ID, water, a floor mat (if you have one, but not required), comfortable athletic shoes, and a POSITIVE, READY TO GO ATTITUDE!
