Description
LITTLETON, CO — Littleton City Council is set to host a public hearing Tuesday on a proposal to amend a development plan for rezoning near Mineral Avenue and Santa Fe Drive.
The real estate company Evergreen Development is seeking to move forward with a project that would be built on 110 acres southwest of the intersection, but the area would need to be rezoned.
The proposal would amend the Santa Fe General Planned Development Plan, which was approved more than three decades ago.
The property, "River Park," would be a mixed use, commercial development, the city said. The plan includes walkable shopping and dining, gathering spaces and multi-family residential buildings.
