Romare Hooks Memorial: ‘Love You More Day of Wellness and Community On May 29th the Hooks Familly & Friends will be remembering Romare Hooks, who passed on 2/21/21. Romare’s golden birthday is May 30th, so in celebration and memory of his joy and love for life, ‘Love You More Day will bring awareness to the importance of emotional well being, Love and community. His transition on February 21st did not put out his love-light. Romare always said good-bye with the expression, I Love You More. May 29th is a celebration of his life with live music, poetry, a DJ & dancing, food and fun and games to celebrate and bring awareness for mental health.
