Seeking a Personal Assistant/Project Manager to assist a busy professional in personal home and in the office. This position is full-time, estimated 35-40 hours per week including some weekends, as needed, flexible schedule is preferred. The prospective candidate must be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to multitask. Candidate must have strong organizational skills, be honest, trustworthy, reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, professional and dependable. Must possess a valid driver’s license and operable vehicle. Wage and Benefits: • Bi-weekly pay period • $300 Sign-on bonus paid out following the first 60 days of employment • Computer and Cell phone provided • Mileage reimbursement • Credit card to purchase items as instructed • Medical, Dental, and other insurance benefits available after a 60-day waiting period. • PTO available after 90 days General Outline of duties and responsibilities: • Daily cleaning, both indoors and outdoor as assigned by owner • Manage landscaping and all indoor plant care • Manage and oversee all home projects (including meetings and bids with contractors) • Business related tasks such as Costco, vending machine and mail pick up for company • Inventory logging and keeping stock of all products • Filing, researching and organizing documents • Must be able to care for Cat and responsibilities related to Cat. • Meal preparation • Flexible schedule • Create daily log of all tasks completed, Weekly timesheet and mileage log Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move 30-60 pounds; this may be done with/without assistance from peers and/or company equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
