Help WMEAC tend their green roof! Seeking volunteers who are interested in outdoor maintenance and planting Thursday, June 10th, 2021. WMEAC is seeking volunteers to assist with our Spring maintenance of our condo's rooftop garden. Come learn about our LEED certification of a "Zero Stormwater Site" and how native plants can protect the water quality of our lakes and rivers. Gardening supplies will be provided however volunteers are encouraged to bring their own gloves, water, and hand tools to reduce shared contact. Per the MDHHS face masks and social distancing during this event will be required at all times. We are restricting this event to 20 volunteers per the outdoor event regulations at this time.
