@work Personnel Services has an immediate opening for experienced Forklift Operator for a local food processing manufacturer. Requirements Minimum skills*** Two Forklift Operators Needed Urgently*** High Scholl diploma or General education Degree (GED). The ideal candidate must have three (3) years’ experience operating an electric Sit-Down Rider Forklift. Preferred skills English/Spanish Job Description Duties: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to the cooler. Efficiently stack and store the product in the appropriate cooler. Quality: Ensure inbound shipments are accurate free of damage. Report quality variance. Order picking: Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer requirements. Loading: Efficiently move product for staging and/or store into trailers. Equipment: Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using a forklift or low lift walker rider. On a daily basis: inspect the forklift. Safety, sanitation, security: Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Shift/Hours: - Second shift Monday thru Sunday / 40 hours per week plus overtime. - First shift Monday thru Friday / 40hours per week. Starting pay rate: $10.00/hr Looking for someone with a positive attitude, ability to follow directions & a strong willingness to learn!
