Havas STREET is hiring one (1) part-time Logistics Coordinator local to Hayward to represent a major alcohol brand! The ideal candidate will have experience receiving and offloading materials; in distribution; and in maintaining and organizing warehouse/storage. Position duration: ASAP – December 2021 (end of year) - Daytime shift with opportunity to create own schedule outside of assigned tasks; some Saturdays needed Pay rate: $25/hr (before taxes, W2 employee) + travel stipend - Part-time, up to 20 hours per week Market: - Candidate will be responsible for warehouse in Hayward and travel to Bay Area, East Bay; Sacramento 1x a month Responsibilities: - Maintaining and organizing main warehouse in Hayward and secondary storage unit in Sacramento - Receive and offload inventory and pallets; disposing of packaging materials properly - Traveling and transporting assets to either various storage units/warehouses or special events; returning assets after events - Assembling and distributing product kits for special event sampling hosted by the brand - Maintaining professional communication and reporting to managers and client reps Requirements: - Must have own transportation, preferably a truck or SUV - Willing to abide by CDC guidelines, including wearing a mask and gloves at all time (provided) - Comfortable working on feet - Lifting up to 50 lbs - Subject to background check and provide proof of clean driving record - Must be 21 + To be considered, please respond with your name and a current resume!
