Landscape Crew Leader/Driver (Santa Rosa) $19.00 - $21.00 DOE Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week) Northern Landscape Management, Inc is a full-service landscape and construction company. We provide full-service landscaping services for maintenance, construction, water management, tree care and hardscape for commercial, municipal and residential customers. We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Crew Leader/Driver for both our Maintenance Department. This position starts and ends in our Santa Rosa yard. Job Duties: • Perform duties such as: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, blowing, and removal of debris utilizing trained company techniques. • Work well with others in a team environment and be helpful and courteous to customers. • Assist with the loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and garden debris daily from Company vehicles. • Maintain appropriate levels of fuel, oil, and radiator coolant to service vehicles on a daily basis. • Pick up and deliver equipment and materials efficiently. • Keep driver's log and track receipts. • Interact professionally with crew and be a Team Lead. • Assist job site landscape installations and cleanups. • Maintain a clean vehicle (Company vehicle and fuel will be provided). Physical Requirements: • Requires prolonged standing, bending, reaching, stooping and stretching • Ability to operate landscape equipment • Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs. • Requires repetitive hand and wrist motions • Must physically be able to work in the year-round outdoor environment performing manual labor. Minimum Requirements: • Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable Crew Leader experience. • Valid CA Driver's License Required; Clean DMV driving record. • Ability to execute instructions, work well independently and as a team leader. • Act as the primary point of contact on a job site as well as with operational crews. • Strong attention to detail.
