Responsibilities and Duties: Must know how to operate a forklift Must be able to lift 50 pounds Shipping and Receiving Able to go in and out of a -10F Freezer Ability to work with tight deadlines and meet new and changing demands Ability to identify the vision and produce goals with realistic plans to achieve them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to provide leadership. Experience in a food manufacturing environment and/or freezer preferred Available to work during weekends and holiday Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Education: High School Diploma Required. Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or other related field is preferred Be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
