We are seeking to fill an exciting new position with our company. This position is an entry level position that we are looking to groom into a management position within 8-12 months. The right candidate for this position should have a personality for leadership, work well with others, and be able to learn quickly. We are an established (over 20 years) family-owned construction company that operates in a niche industry located in Waukesha County. We offer a relaxed work environment with a mix of indoor and outdoor work (indoor work during the cold months of the year). Essential Duties: * Operate a variety of power tools such as table saws, circular saws, drills, etc. * Establish relationship with key leaders within the company to understand business needs. * Interpret instructions and specifications to create structural components. * Receive general instructions verbally or in writing from upper management. Requirements: * Eagerness to learn and improve * Punctual and reliable * Friendly/people skills * Positive attitude * Ability to lift up to 65 pounds * Carpentry experience is a HUGE plus Benefits: * Health and dental insurance * IRA match up to 3% * Paid Vacation * Sick days
