German shepherd about to be put down!!

German shepherd in need of a great loving home. She needs someone with a great big heart who will give her the tlc she deserves. She has a digestive condition that requires a monthly enzyme. Called epi. She needs to be with someone who will dedicate their time with her. She has anxiety and separation issues as well. She loves snuggling and is the biggest sweetheart. She doesn't do well at dog parks. She comes with all supplies and is fully vaccinated. She is an excellent guard dog and protector. Very loyal and loving. She is free to anyone who will take her and give her a good life. Ideally looking for someone who will let us occasionally visit like an open. Adoption but if that is not your wish that's fine too. She is going to be put down by the aspca on my 9th if she does not find a home, that is the deadline they have given me. If someone can temporarily foster her that would be great too!!
