Here's what Tom thought he needed to say to me when he came across my turntable post filed under "Musical Instruments": "C'mon,fools!!! A turntable is NOT a musical instrument!!! It only plays back RECORDINGS of music,as well as speech and other audio noise!!! A musical instrument is a device with which original musical tones are produced by a person operating or "playing" it!! Go to 'Electronics'! Go STRAIGHT to 'Electronics'! Do NOT pass Go,do NOT collect $200!!! Wake up and smell the F-ing COFFEE,nerd!!!" Mr. Eggleston took time out of his day in attempt to shame me for not filing my turntable under "Electronics" rather than "Musical Instruments". Sir, a turntable is indeed a musical instrument. Have you ever heard of scratching? Are you aware that turntables manipulate audio based on physical gestures? You sir, are out of your element!
