Experience with working with property management, investment properties and/or single family rentals. This will be for ongoing 1099 work. Must be able to pass background and have general liability insurance. Please include a way for us to contact you when you respond. We are looking for the following specific subcontractors for service/maintenance and light turns for rental properties in the greater Miama area: Handymen, Licensed plumbers, Electricians, HVAC, Water Extraction / Remediation, Flooring, Roofer (repairs, replacement, inspection), Landscaper, Cleaning companies, Trashout/Waste Removal, painters, garage door, Tub Resurfacing/glazing, Window Repair, Gutter repair, replacement, Concrete Repair, Foundation Repair (Epoxy/mudjack)
