Description
Your child will love this French American summer camp! It's a fun multi-activity camp with outdoor/ nature, science/ technology, arts, dance, theater, cooking and sports.
Each week will have several lessons with different themes and activities to ensure that the kids who spend multiple weeks with us are having a great time while they’re absorbing the material.
The weekly themes will be related to the cuisine, culture, music and fashion of each of the major French speaking nations of the world. Europe: France, Belgium, Monaco, Luxembourg and Switzerland; North America: Haiti, French Canadian regions; Africa: Congo, Ivory Coast, Mali and Senegal.
The daily curriculum will be based on the themes above and will be incorporated into craft activities, short video clips and worksheets etc. There will be time allotted for physical activities as well as snack breaks and lunch time. The kids will be grouped together based on age and grade level so they’re staying engaged with the material and participating in age appropriate activities.
Our summer camp teachers and facilitators are carefully selected based on their proficiency of the French language, level of education, teaching experience and their playful personalities so they can connect with your children to stimulate their natural curiosity for learning.
