Fast growing Keys Company is looking for hardworking drug and alcohol free employees. We are a FAA facility with mandatory drug testing. The work involves the repair of small engine components for aircraft. It is detailed work requiring attention to detail and a steady hand and some paperwork. There will be on-the-job training both internally and with credentialed trainers. You will develop skills, get credentials (for example certifications in dye penetrate inspections) and get good pay and benefits. Starting pay is $20, unless you demonstrate additional skills, we need like welding, grinding or brazing. You will get two weeks vacation accrued over the year. We are implementing a 401(k) program, with 6% deferral and 3% company matching, this will tied to a profit sharing plan and depending on the company's profitability, we can put up to another 15% in your 401(k) and have an employee healthcare reimbursement of $400 per month, but are looking at improving that program. If you are a hard worker, skilled and dedicated, you can expect a raise in the first year to about $25.00. We also give spontaneous bonuses if we see you go above the call of duty. We expect you to be making $75,000 to $100,00 in three to five years, but that depends on you, your skills and your commitments.
