Description

Introducing AUDI: (HOMESTEAD) Looking for family with fenced back yard or prefer retired person or stay at home resident that needs a loving companion but has the ability to take her out on walks. My son agreed to adopt and take care of this dog but since recovering from a injury has not been able to fulfill his obligation of the attention and care she really needs. She WILL not BE surrendered to the shelter, I DON’T want her traumatized. She is sweet and cute as a button, but only offer to adopt her if you meet requirements and your home/work life is constant. On the Miami Dade records it shows her as 2-3 years old when my son got her but she is actually like 7-8. She is a mixed Terrier, by looking at her she has Chihuahua mix. Around 30 pounds. She is on the chunky side but she is built very broad. She has been on a strict diet. Needs daily exercise. She is short haired, is potty trained but due to her age she does need frequent potty breaks and a daily routine. You CAN not leave her home for 8 hours while you work. She loves walks and being outdoor and CAR RIDES! Must live inside. She is docile and calm and sooo sweet. Is able to be around other animals even ducks that walk by. She keeps to herself. Gets along with all animals. Not a fetching toy type of dog but open to lots of love. Pre-interview required. Please don’t respond if you are unable to meet the basic requirements. Don't adopt because she is so cute, really think through. It makes me sad, but I can not provide long term care due to my schedule. NO REHOMING FEE, ALL SHOTS & LICENSED UP TODAY. PICTURES OF WHERE SHE WILL BE LIVING ARE REQUIRED I will provide LEASHES, HARNESS, New Auto Car seat protector, Nail tool, SNACKS AND FOOD FOR THE FIRST MONTH WILL BE PROVIDED AS WELL AS NEW BED IF NEEDED. DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED FOR TRANSFER OF PAPERWORK. DADE COUNTY TRANSFER POLICY: • Both new and old owners must appear at the Animal Services Pet Adoption and Protection Center. • A notarized letter from the former owner showing complete delegation to the new owner and authorizing the transfer of the current license tag and microchip number. • If a notarized letter is not presented, both parties must present a valid state picture ID and proof of current address for the new owner of the dog.
