Seeking: Handyman, Electrician, and Plumber We are seeking three people to help with some issues in our house. Please reply with your experience, availability, and cost: 1. Handyperson: We have a pedestal that needs to be installed under our washer. (Should be easy, but it’s heavy.) We have a hanging barn-style door that was installed and not completely level. The door keeps sliding open. We need to tear down some ceiling panels in the roof to see what’s going on under our bathroom - potential leak. We would like someone to install some lighting. Ideally, one individual can do all of the above. 2. Electrician: We have a breaker that keeps tripping and part of the house lights won’t turn on. We would like someone to install some lighting. We have some built-in electrical heaters that don’t seem to output heat anymore. 3. Plumber: One newly installed shower has only hot water comong out, and we need a lip to keep water in the shower basin. Our bathroom appears to be leaking into the sub flooring and causing mold. We had the toilet, O-ring, and sub flooring replaced 8 months ago, but the problem is there again. We want someone to assess and resolve the plumbing problem.
