Working independently and experienced in the following trades: 1. Familiar with International Building codes and local inspection requirements. 2. Framing, (blueprint read and follow architectural and engineer instruction) 3. Install insulations. 4. Drywall installation and repairs 5. Taping, mudding and texturing for new drywall. 6. Painting (exterior, interior, color matching) 7. Floor installation (laminate, wood, tile). 8. Cabinet installation. 9. Window and door installation. 10. Exterior trim, siding and interior finish work. 11. Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and trim out. 12. Building fence 13. Landscaping Responsibilities: • Must be professional and able to communicate with customers and management. • Willing to work at multiple job sites as required, and work independently and with a team. • Be able to give clear instructions for helper and be responsible for the scope of work assigned. • Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation. • Following scope of work and site proceed Bi-weekly payment depends on experience
