Full-time offer + Benefits +401K Simma Restoration Group (SRG) is a full-service waterproofing and floor restoration company specializing in caulking, resinous floors and polished concrete. SRG is looking for hard working, competent, reliable employees including those with caulking, floor tech, estimating and warehouse management experience. Willing to train the right people. Must be able to follow instructions and safety rules. We have openings for both entry level and experienced employees. Pay is dependent on experience and will be reflective of your performance and work ethic - starting at $20+. Ability to learn on the job, a good attitude and a strong work ethic are a must. Responsibilities: • The job duties of a general laborer vary but are not limited • Cleaning and preparing job sites • Loading and unloading small equipment • Clean sites from debris and discarded material • Skills required to learn vary depending on job – flooring or caulking – willing to train The ideal candidate has the following characteristics: • Must be able to travel to job sites • Must have a flexible schedule • Work days or nights, occasional weekends • Attention to detail • Ability to work in a team environment We offer: - Health Benefits - 401K - Flexible schedule - Paid on the job training - Competitive wages and performance based raises Salary: $20+ depending on experience Related key words: construction, construction laborer, laborer
