I have started a side hustle doing handyman work that has EXPLODED and I can't keep up. My clients are upscale homeowners that pay a premium for my services and craftsmanship. I'm a commercial banker by trade but felt their was a niche for a different service provider. Depending on your skill and experience, I can pay premium rates for jobs like pressure washing, fence staining, light carpentry, painting. Helpful if you have your own tools but I can provide you with most of what you'll need. You'll need to honest, clean/neat appearance, english language skills, reliable transportation, pride in your work, and the possibility to be on the ground floor for a new company. I've been averaging over $150/hour but can't manage all the work and my day job. Most jobs are in the Myers Park, Dilworth area but I have a property manager looking for some help in Birkdale. I can offer same day pay for your work at an agreed upon rate specific for the job. If it works out and the business keeps growing, we can see where that leads.
