VantagePoint Property Management is expanding and looking to build a close working relationship with a Green Bay or Appleton based maintenance tech or contractor. Person/company must be insured (proof required) and have broad scope of home repair knowledge - we will ask for references of work you have completed in the past. Skills preferred: Drywall/plaster Installing doors/door locks Windows Flooring Drain/sewer water heaters gas appliances Tiling Minor electrical Minor plumbing Strong communication We pay a flat hourly rate for all work. To be clear, this posting is not to be hired by VantagePoint, rather a preferred vendor VantagePoint will work closely with. We offer steady work throughout the week (and weekends if interested), month, and year. In certain situations, maintenance issues can be time sensitive however many issues are flexible.
