Event FOH/Servers Needed

Rising Higher Staffing is currently looking for Banquet Servers for various events around the Denver Metro area. This is a PART TIME position, 3 to 4 shifts per week, 4-8 hours per shift. Pay is starting at $16 per hour. Pay is weekly through direct deposit or a company issued cash card. Job Duties: Banquet servers are responsible for setting room specifically for each event according to Banquet Event Order (BEO). Must be able to follow BEO for appropriate set up and tear down for each individual event. This includes but is not limited to linen, flatware, glassware, and china. Server should have ability to move tables and chairs. In addition, you are required to complete opening and closing side work tasks. Servers are also responsible for cocktail and wine service, tray passed appetizers, serving multiple courses for plated meals as well as running buffet when applicable. This is a fine dining venue, with a specific set of standards for service. Skills and Qualifications: Successful applicants will have a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, personal grooming skills, and a desire to provide a high level of service to all guests. Ability to pay attention to details is very important. We are focused on creating a team-oriented work environment and applicants should reflect the same attitude. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time is necessary. NO visible tattoos on hands, neck, face, etc. or facial piercings that cannot be removed. Fingernails must be a neutral color and not too long. If you have these, it means you can’t work banquets. But we have many positions that you can work for the same pay and skill level.
