Change A/C filter for $25.00

Need to have somebody change the filters in a ceiling a/c. I am not tall enough to reach it and it's on the top of the stairs and an odd angled stair that a step stool or ladder can't be placed on. There is no secure fittings for the filters...they can of have to be floated in the area. This is a horde that needs to be cleaned out so this is a very dusty environment. No infestations or anything like that...just a very dusty environment. Job should be completed in 5 minutes. $25.00 for payment. There is also a boxed portable a/c (the kind with the hose out the window) that needs to be unboxed and set up. It's heavy. If interested in the additional job, we can discuss fees.
