Yardwork Help Needed – Hanover, MD Property owner looking for some yardwork help as described on below. All workers must know how to use power tools on below. I’m paying $20 per hr.– (2-3x helpers) and a separate helper Team #2 landscaping yardwork and $30 per hour– (1 person w/pickup truck) for someone to help with Team #1 activity (must have a large pickup truck to be used to transport a compactor, ½ ton paver stone gravel and ¼ crush rock). (Owner will pay for gas). Person with truck is going to help build a shed foundation and repair paver walkway. All helpers must have own transportation and show up on time. All power tools will be provided! Date will be May 8th Saturday @ at 8am! (Weather Permitted) (Team #1) Build Shed Foundation – 1 person + Owner Remove equipment from Shed Remove shed from old foundation Prepare ground for foundation Dig foundation Mark off area Lay paver gravel using compactor Lay out fabric Lay and hammer in spikes for 4x4’s Lay out foundation Fill with Rocks Add Shed Clean shed with Power wash Add corner stones to shed Move equipment back into shed (Team #1) Paver Stone Repair and seal 1 person + Owner Repair of pavestone walkway in the near of property that has begun to erode due to weather Remove stones Set in water pool for cleaning Add Paver gravel and use compactor Replace stones back on walkway and seal. Adding 20 additional 10’ spike to reenforce boundary Repair Steps on deck (Owner will assist) (Team #2) Landscaping Yardwork + 3 Weeding Remove all weeds from all around house Remove old mulch from sides of house, from around trees on property and drop in the back woods Dig up large plants (owner will point them out) Trim all hedges from around house Mow entire yard Blow back leaves with Backpack blower around entire property (include flower beds) Edging on entire property and around all trees on property (owner will do this) Mark off grass with grass paint (owner will assist) Use edging machine (owner will do this!) Fill in mulch around all sides of house, entire backyard and edge of property in the back Power wash Desk and Siding power washing Use deck cleaner (owner will assist) Spray weed kill on paver walkway around entire house Tools Available Gas Power Washer Gas power edger Gas Trimmer Gas Backpack Blower Mower Gas Compactor (Owner will rent from Home Depot) Shovel, Racks, Gas, (provided) Spikes
