PHOENIX, AZ — Southbound Interstate 17 was closed Monday near 19th Avenue because of a crash involving a semitractor-trailer that rolled over, the Arizona Department of Public Safety said. The crash occurred just after 8 a.m., with traffic diverted onto Durango Street, the department said. Yikes!
