Employment includes: Local Work, Indoor and Outdoor Work, Flexible Schedule, Typical hours are 7 – 3:30 M-F, No nights, weekends, or holidays. Wage based on Experience: Hourly Position: $13-$20 Full time and Part time positions available. Full time includes PTO Please email a brief work history or resume and we will call you for an interview As a Carpenter you will construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, metal studs, and drywall using carpenter’s hand tools and power tools making sure to conform to local building codes. Also we do our own tile work, ceiling installs, demo, light plumbing and electrical, trim, doors, windows, and light masonry. As a Maintenance Person we take care of the maintenance for 15+ commercial buildings – general maintenance and cleaning is the primary job function. Carpentry requirements: 1 year of experience in commercial carpentry Ability to comprehend schematic diagrams, blueprints, sketches, building plans and other specifications Experience working with equipment such as: boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts Strong working knowledge of job site safety High standard of integrity and professionalism Drug free at all times Maintenance Requirements: 1 year working in a related field Willingness and ability to learn quickly Strong working knowledge of job site safety High standard of integrity and professionalism Drug free at all times
