Need Workers For Exterior House/Yard Cleanup

I need a couple of workers to help clean up up the front and back yards of a house located near East Fountain and South Murray Blvds. Work includes trash and debris removal, cleaning planting beds, removing dead plants, and similar work. All tools and cleanup material provided. Pay is $15/hour, paid in cash when the job is completed. I estimate that the work will take two or three days. I'm looking for workers who show up on time, communicate well, want to work, don't make excuses, and aren't addicted to their cell phones. I treat people fairly and I expect to be treated the same way. This is moderately hard exterior cleanup work and you should be aware of that before responding to this job posting. The upside is that I pay cash for the work immediately after the job is done.
