Need help with small tile backsplash install

We've got a small kitchen backsplash in an office (4' x 2') that we need Peel & Stick glass tile sheets cut and applied to as well as grouted in! Looking to get it done ASAP! There's no hose or sink in the office, just a bathroom down the hall with a sink for water hook-ups if needed. Located on 3rd floor of office building Downtown LA/ Thanks
