Grandview Buildings is the leading manufacturer of Portable Storage Buildings. Our production plant is located in Litchfield, MN. We are currently seeking an experienced Framing Carpenter to add to our production team. This position is full-time, commission-based, with the potential to make $30,000 - $50,000+ annually. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm with the opportunity to work extended hours once training is complete. This position is year-round while working in a temperature-controlled environment. Each framer works individually and has their own building bay and equipment. Job Duties: *The framing and construction of our Portable Buildings *Participation in Customer build on sites as needed *Unload vendor trucks as needed *Maintain a clean workspace and material warehouse Requirements: *Experienced carpentry skills a must! *Attention to detail! Our builds are often custom and require complete attention to detail *Excellent attendance is critical! *Must be able to lift 150 pounds, feel comfortable on ladders and planks, and adhere to safety protocols *Valid driver’s license *Positive attitude Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Health Savings Account: available after 90 days of employment Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and 401K Retirement Account: available after 1 year of employment
