The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintenance of the grounds on Morrie's properties.
The Groundskeeper will perform the following but not limited to:
Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, etc
Remove litter
Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, etc.
More duties as assigned
