Seeking a hiring manager and field manager to join our growing janitorial company. This position would include posting jobs on Craigslist, Facebook and other job search engines, interviewing janitorial candidates, and onboarding them when hired. We are looking for this indivual to understand our business and hire reliable individuals. This job will also include working in the field, doing some cleaning, and learning about our clients.
