Maintenance Technician

Description

Maintenance technician will be responsible for completing work orders given by the maintenance coordinator. Work orders would be for routine, corrective and preventative maintenance. Maintenance technician should have experience in repairs to include plumbing, basic electrical, general carpentry. They also will be responsible for completing property inspections and preparing units for new residents. The maintenance technician will be responsible for maintaining a professional manner with residents, property owners, contractors, and other employees. Applicant must be willing to work 40 hours, Monday through Friday. Overtime opportunities will be available, especially during turnover months. Applicant must also have a valid driver’s license.
