Found: Large heavy tarp

Large heavy duty tarp found on 15th Street east of Lewis about 2 weeks ago. Likely from a construction or lawn crew. Respond with description and how it was secured (tied up). This is an expensive tarp that I’d like to get back to the owner. Any scammers will have their number forwarded to the “expired auto warranty” folks. 🙄
