Looking for a property manager, rental agent to rent units in the east side of Cleveland Pay: - 30% of rent amount for each new tenant placement - 7% montly of rental payment for Property management work - Maintenance requests income Responsibilities : - Should be extremely organized, create folders for each unit, contracts, rental paperwork, monthly maintainance control, create reports of rental income, late fees reports and all tenant information organized. - Should show units to potential tenants, qualify tenants and sign contracts, do inspections to make sure is rental ready - Do rent collection, post 3 day Eviction notices, collect rents, talk to tenants for rent collection and be in control of electricity, gas accounts. - Maintainance calls. - Anything needed to make sure property is ready for rent and keep tenant satisfaction. -Potential extra money on maintenance requests, you need to know plumbing, electricity, HVAC and be able to paint. ***This is an on call job Should have a minimum of 2 years in property management experience Include all your information including your experience when you apply to be considered
