I have a motorhome that had a leak next to the hot water heater and softened the floor. Need someone to replace the subflooring and redo the trim and vinyl. I also have lots of odds and ins, in the house like the laminate flooring pics also attached that I would like to have replaced. If you feel like you can do the job, please send pics of similar work and desired hourly rate.
