NOW HIRING maintenance technicians! Duties include but are not limited to: Stucco repairs, wood replacements, dry wall hang and finishing, painting, minor electrical and welding is a plus. Must have basic tools. Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and a reliable truck. Must have the ability to read and write in English, bi-lingual is a plus. Must be able to take direction and work independently and with others to complete assigned tasks.
